Want to chat now or chat later? Either way we have an option for you. Choose our Chat Now option and one of our experienced service technicians will video call you within ten minutes of payment. You can also choose to schedule a video chat session at your convenience. Video Chat a Tech is available from 7am-7pm.
We rely on both FaceTime for IOS or Google Duo for Androids for our video chats. During checkout, please use the “Description” section to confirm which mobile device you have so we know which video chat service to call you on.
Our service technicians have a minimum of ten years experience and are ready and able to answer your questions. If you want to chat now, they will call you within ten minutes of payment. If you schedule a chat, they will call you at the time of your appointment.
